Improve Rail Link West Of Exeter
The mainline between Exeter and further west (to Plymouth and Cornwall) is regularly disrupted by flooding and damage to the sea wall at Dawlish. Instead of wasting money on HS2 it is about time government invested in improving this vulnerable transport connection.
