Increase donations to food banks by forcing schools to give away uneaten food
In the UK, £13,000,000 of food is thrown away daily. This is unnecessary and wasteful. There are many people who are in great need of substantial meals and schools in particular could easily reduce their environmental impact and help those in need by donating to food banks at the end of each day.
