Increase punishment levels for animal cruelty
We want the government to re-consider the punishment people receive for animal cruelty.
Animals are defenceless creatures just like children, they feel pain, they have feelings and emotions. Yet the punishment for conflicting pain and suffering to an animal is considerably less than a child. WHY??
