Additional Information

The internet should not be charged for by libraries or councils. They are paid for by council tax and therefore making people pay for them at the point of means they end up paying for it twice. How can this be right, if you want everyone to have aleast a basic understanding of the internet and computer you shouldn't charge them more than a pub or supermarket. Most of whom don't charge anything!
