introduce Cameras into all taxis
Shops bars and various other public places have cameras to maintain safety and order. Introducing cameras in Taxi's would help to protect both the public and the driver from theft, abuse and assault.

This petition seems to be calling on taxi firms to take action, not the UK Parliament or Government.
You could start a new petition asking Parliament to change the law, to require all taxis to be fitted with cameras, if that's what you would like to happen.
