Investagation in the mental health care received by Southern Health Hampshire
How many of us have been left in crisis by poorly care packages, medication mess ups, the fundamentals of care in the community and how to improve the service so more lives are not lost!!
just look at my own case and the failings by the trust and my own GP practice!!
