Isimeli Baleiwai
The Home Office should reconsider Mr Baleiwai's application for British citizenship. The current decision to reject his application is flawed on the basis that it does not take into account his naturally reduced state of mental health at the time of his disciplinary procedure. He has fought for the UK and is a father to UK citizens.
