Junk mail
Introduce a blanket ban on unsolicited delivery of junk mail, leaflets, flyers and other hand-delivered items which are not addressed to the householder by name and where no postal fee has been paid to Royal Mail.
An opt-in could be made available for those who enjoy these types of items.
