Keep Human Rights Act 1998

We want government to keep the Human Rights Act 1998 in UK law.

The Human Rights Act incorporates into UK law the European Convention on Human Rights.

We believe in the right to life.

We believe in the right not to be tortured.

We believe in the right to have a family life.

We believe in fair trial.

We believe in marriage.

We believe in the right not to suffer discrimination.

We believe in the right to a private life.

We believe in the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion.

We believe in the right to freedom of expression in a democratic society.

We want to keep The Human Rights Act 1998 to ensure UK citizens are protected from potential abuses from the state.
