Dogs are not responsible for their actions.
The person who trains them is the one who is responsible.
DEED NOT BREED.

Staffordshire Bull Terriers ARE NOT dangerous dogs and are popular for the wrong reasons.
Owners of this breed who allow their dogs to attack need to be punished NOT the dog.

People are responsible for the actions of their dogs irrespective of their breed or size.

PUNISH THE DEED NOT THE BREED.
Government needs to look at the correct end of the lead- the HUMAN
