Lets stop the stigma of mental health
Mental health is not uncommon. So why do we still have a stigma attached to it today?
The statistics show, 1 in 4 people will experience some kind of mental health condition in the course of a year.
About 10% of children can suffer with mental health problems at any one time. Having mental health shouldn't define who you are as a person. It can be tough getting the right support needed. Mental health facilities can sometimes feel clinical and don't always provide the right support and understanding. I would like more to be done by providing a foundation in the uk, where people can come and talk in a relaxed atmosphere, have fun group day outings, play games, or even just have a cup of tea and a hug!
