Life sentence meaning "life" for admitted murder
Following the current reporting of a blatant murder of an off duty member of the armed forces in London today 22 May 2013, and a public admittance of guilt in front of cameras, there can be no excuse and, if the death penalty is not in force then there should be a life "meaning life" penalty in force. with no remission.
