Limit FA Premier League Clubs Wage Spend to Not More Than 60% of Annual Turnover
I would like the government to vigorously encourage and legislate if necessary, to force The FA Premier League into introducing rules that prohibit any FA Premier League Club from spending more than 60% of its annual turnover on salaries including fees payable to football 'agents' involved with the transfer of football playing staff.
