Limit Posession of Alcohol
I am clamouring for a reform in Britain's legislature on alcohol. Anyone possessing open-containers of alcohol while not at home or in a licensed environment should face sanctions in the form of a fine. This would be replicating laws in Canada, a dominion that implements these laws without sacrificing basic human rights.
