Limits of Human Rights

Additional Information

The UK Government should amend The Human Rights Act 1998 and in particular the 'Limits of Rights' as these are currently insufficient for purpose. The amended Act must ensure that asylum seekers who are convicted of an offence that carries a custodial sentence will be detained and deported expeditiously.
