Lisbon Treaty Ulta Vires
We, The People, contend that successive UK governments and political parties have lied to and mislead the UK population regarding a referendum on EU membership and the contents of the Lisbon Treaty.
We contend that all three main political parties are acting 'ultra vires' (without the consent of the people) in their pursuit of the EU agenda and the appointment of whips to defeat the possibility of a referendum.
We contend that all and any powers granted to the EU from the UK under 'The Ratchet' shall be repatriated immediately, pending a referendum.
We contend that all future payments to the EU be stopped as it is presumably an offence (or least negligent) under money laundering regulations for any government to transfer taxpayer's money to an organisation that has failed to provide audited accounts for over 14 years.
