Lower Company Car Tax (BIK) on all company cars
Fewer people are now paying company car tax but the Government takes in excess of £360m extra revenue,funds from company car drivers has increased by 24% each year. WLTP is going to make some cars go up in bandings despite the EU dictating that the driver should not have to pay more until April2020.
The latest figures published in fleet news is bad news for company car drivers and car dealers alike. Drivers have seen tax hikes like no other and are often middle earners, not high earners.
