Petition Action

Make all Legal Aid repayable

Additional Information

If a student now has to repay funding for their education it seems strange that people claiming Legal Aid should be exempt from the same proviso. This would apply to anyone who loses any case where Legal Aid has been granted. The sole reason for this e-petition is to stop the continueing escalation of futile cases that are dragged through the courts just to enrichen the Law profession.
