Make Byways Safer

Petition Details

Byways are being used increasingly by motor bikers, as off road circuits, which is putting other users such as walkers and horse riders at risk. Riders in particular, are vulnerable, and a serious accident seems inevitable. We need biker restrictions urgently enforced, before someone is killed.
