Make cashless car parking illegal - cash is king.

Additional Information

Councils and ther organisations are getting rid of coin-operated parking ticket machines. This discriminates against vulnerable and older people who may not even own a mobile phone or who may find the process of paying not only difficult but intimidating.

All car parking spaces MUST have the option to pay by cash and it must be made illegal not to provide that option.
