Make Cruelty to Animals an Indictable Offence
Animal Cruelty is at an all time high in the UK
We would like to see a stronger deterrent than is currently available to prevent further escalation.
We would like Governement to take responsibility for this crime.
We would like to see cruelty cases become indictable as in other criminal offences.
