Make cyclists accountable on our roads by having a road license and reg.
due to the number of incidents and fatalities on our roads today I would like to see equal rights when it comes down to road users. Cyclists should have to road tax and have a number plate indentifying the cyclist who is using that bike. Cyclist have to be accountable for when they break road laws.
