Make insurance companies offer young drivers more affordable car insurance.
Young people are struggling to be able to afford to insure there cars. And it encourages them to drive illegally without insurance, take part in criminal activities to pay for the insurance and to claim benefits instead of working because they can't afford a car to get to work.
