Make it a legal requirement for all non-vehicular road users to wear hi-viz
In daylight or dusk, hi-viz is highly visible to road users. To reduce the number of accidents on the road, we call for the Government to make it a legal requirement for all road users to wear hi-viz clothing including, but not limited to, motorcyclists, cyclists, runners, walkers and horse-riders.
