Make it illegal for freeholders to receive insurance commission over 10%

Petition Details

Landlords and/or their associates receive hidden commission on buildings insurance at the expense of leasehold owners, and this is often grossly excessive.

Additional Information

There are numerous Lands Tribunal cases correcting this but this would not be necessary if it was made law.
