Make it law by legal contract that one someone has signed the organ donor register there family cannot then refuse they be organ donors

Additional Information

For so long now i have been told about people that refuse there family member been a donor although that family member is on the donor register.
What i would like to see the government do is draw up a legal binding contract, between the organ donor and the donor register so that in the eventuality of his/her death that the organs maybe used to benifit others, and this would also stop families been able to refuse the doctors from taking the organs from the paitent as they are legaly binded by law
