Make it law that you have to stop if you run over a cat or dog
This petition is to make sure a law gets put in place to keep animals eg cats and dogs safe, we need to make it law that if you run over a cat or dog you must stop to help it, as I myself have losed a cat from being runover and it was horrible to see and if child seen a cats dead body then it can be quite traumatic like it was for me , thats why people need to help and save animals lives if they run one over.
