Make it law to declare on packaging if a cosmetic has been tested on animals
Many people are against animal testing but since busnesses dont always declare whether or not they use animal testing, it is difficult to buy products that arent tested on animals. This would also help encourage busnesses to use more humane methods of testing their cosmetics.
