Make it mandatory for all reported Serious Criminal offences to be investigated by the Police Authority

My aim is to safe gaurd an individual who has been accused of committing Serious Criminal Sexual Offences no matter the environment be it home, work, rest, play, outdoor, night or day the Police Authority be the recognised and publicly acceptable, independent body with expertise, skills, equipped with proper resource, tools, and aids to Investigate any reported Serious Crimes.
Spot the odd one out.
It is odd that the Work environment does not enjoy the same Rights and Safeguards as all others. And Believe Me the consequences of a Wrong verdict brought by a public body and acting as Judge, Juror & Executioner, when dealing with such Sensitive, Life Changing Effects. And greatly impacts one's Mental wellbeing.
