Make mental health part of a gcse curiculam, even if for one day.
Many of my friends have suffered from some form of mental illness, even if only temporary but the amount of youth who suffer in silence and deny to tell anyone around them fearing they don't understand is too high, even one day a year would be sufficent to educate youth on how to aid their friends.
