Make 'Nutrition and Diet' a mandatory subject
People are getting fat.
We need to make 'Nutrition and Diet' a mandatory subject starting from primary school and secondary school with up to date scientific data that goes beyond "The 3 basic food groups".
Children need to be educated about what they are eating in order to control their own diet. This is a science and people should not be tricked with misinformation from marketing.
