Make private holiday companies who also provide care, be registered with the CQC

Petition Details

There are far too many private holiday providers who are providing care, as part of a packaged holiday to vulnerable adults with learning disabilities, autism and other disabilities They are unregistered and therefore unregulated by the Care Quality Commission and are charging for the care provided.
