make smear tests availible to any woman/girl who is sexually active to save young lives
a smear test should be available to any young woman despite her age especially if she is sexually acgtive cancer takes years to devlop from cells so smears are very effective in finding the changes that cud become cancer and something can be done before the life threatening stages
