Make St. George's Day a Public Holiday

In Scotland, St. Andrew's Day is a public/bank holiday, the same is true for St. Patrick's Day in Ireland (and Orangemen's Day specifically in Northern Ireland). The English constituent of Great Britain currently have very little to be proud of. A day of patriotism should therefore be encouraged by making the English patron saint's day a public holiday.
