Make Zero Hour and Flexi Contracts illegal
there are so many businesses that do zero hour contracts, one week you might have some, the next week nothing.. same with flexi hour contracts, you should be given days and times on your contract, and there the hours you got to do, so that the employer cant keep changing your hours
all supermarket contracts are flexi now, and where my cousin works as a cleaner in a b&b and one day she thinks she working and then she'll get a text saying not to work.. also if your on zero hour contract, you can't buy a house, car, insurance isn't very good, there is so many disadvances for zero hour contracts and it needs to change
