Mandatory conscription for 16 year olds
A three year mandatory conscription should be brought in for youths aged 16 years and above who are not in University or full time employment. It would teach them discipline, morals and manners as well as keeping them off of the streets. This in turn would help rid Britain of the gang culture it now has.
