Maximum size limit for charities and other NGOs

Additional Information

Many charities are large charities taking in 100s millions a year. Yet they are not taxed business rates or corporation tax. I do think small charities should be exempt but Oxfam makes 300 million in revenue a year so why cannot it be taxed at least business rates.
