Means test the NHS

We all want a free NHS but everything costs money and the NHS needs lots!

Perhaps the time is right to have free access to the NHS being restricted to those on means tested benefits.

However, there are always exceptions to the rule and these might be in cases of emergencies whereby at the point of need be given free but to be claimed back at a later date through insurance companies.

Other considerations where NHS customers ought to be considered to have to pay for are: Drunks and Drug related treatments and anything else whereby it's self inflicted such as eating too much!

By making these changes I believe we will be protecting the NHS for many years to come.
