It is obvious to all that the current penalties for using a mobile phone while driving is not a sufficient deterent we wish to petition for the following penatlies to be applied;
1st offence - 10 days suspension of license from time of offence, option to appear in court if found guilty 3 months suspension and or £250 fine.
2nd offence - 6 month suspension from time of offence, option to appear in court, if found guilty 1year ban and or £1000 fine.
3rd offence - 1 year suspension from time of offence, option to appear in court, if found guilty 5 year ban and or £5000 fine/12 months imprisonment.
