Mothers who use legal aid wrongly,should have to pay it back

Additional Information

I propose that mothers who don't grant access for fathers to their children for no reason other than to use the children as a weapon and to hurt the father should be made to pay back legal aid via deductions of their benefits. Why should everyone else have to pat for their selfishness.
