Motorcycle CBT revision

Additional Information

We, the undersigned, propose revisions to the
current laws reguarding learner motorcycle riders.

we would like that the house consider that learner
motorcyclist, on CBT, be granted, possibly on a
probationary term, a full or licence of a capacity restricted to at most 600cc, with FULL road use privilage,
inclusive of motorways, should their 2yr term on
CBT expire without incident, ie Insurence claims, or
legal infringement.

as we feel that at this stage, abilty to ride to required
standard is Proven.

and would sugest it unfair that under current law, we
must either take the full test or sit a further CBT
courses, every 2yr to remain on the road.

which many riders comes as a serious financial burden.
