Move the Team GB victory parade from Monday to the weekend so those who work and school children can attend
The Team GB athletes' parade in London is to be held on Monday the 10th September to celebrate British success at the Olympics and Paralympics. The British Olympic Association hopes millions will watch the parade from Mansion House to Buckingham Palace.
Most of the public will be at work or school on this day so the government should put pressure on the organisers to move the event to the following weekend so everyone has the opportunity to be involved.
