MP'S TO USE CREDIT CARDS FOR EXPENSES AND SUBMIT STATEMENTS ANNUALLY TO THE PUBLIC

MP'S Should be issued with credit cards that are capped at the over all average claim on an annual basis. They should then be required to publish the statements online for the public to view. This would bring some clarity and honesty to the whole question of expenses.
