MPs who reisign their party whip should face a by-election.

Additional Information

It is intolerable and anti democratic for MPs both domestic and European to resign the Party Whip and still sit in Parliament. Their constiuents voted for a party. If that MP leaves the Party, he /she should resign and fight a by election.
