National register for better management of the Blue Badge scheme

Additional Information

To create a U.K. wide database for the issuing and better control of the Blue Badges Scheme. The current system is managed by Local Authorities. But there is no quick system for the general public to acertain if a badge is forged or quickly report suspected misuse. I proposed a single register and quick reponse follow up team to stop Blue badge misuse.
