NATIONAL SERVICE ; Bring back National Service retitled as National Youth Service Corps.
Run on military lines ( with discipline) but dedicated to doing good community projects, both lacal and National.
Service length 1-2 years, subject to performance.
Entrants.= Anybody over 18 yrs old, and not in work, training, or education { NEETS)
Maximum age 25.
