National Service For Rioters (and ALL other 16-18 yr olds)
Government to implement mandatory 1 year National Service for ALL 16-18 year olds to be taken after finishing school (at either 16 or 18 years of age). It shouldn't be used as punishment but it is one of many things required to restore morals and discipline to this country.
