National Service for the Rioters
We talk of taking benefits from the rioters, but the real question is that of getting value for money from our taxes that are subsequently given to the individuals as benefits.
The ONLY solution is to bring back National Service for anyone aged 16 to 19 who is not in Full Time Education or Employed.
This above all else will bring a change to society by instilling discipline and self worth, whilst giving the tax payers of the UK real value for money.
