Additional Information

Give the police and courts the powers they need to enforce the safety and security of our streets. Make it a mandatory prison sentence of 5 years without parole for looting without appeal. Similarly for street disorder that involves creating fires, damage to building and private property (cars, etc.) or use of 'fire bombs, etc.
Name and shame all regardless of age. it is not acceptable for looters and rioters to retain the anonymity on the basic of under 16.
