NHS a compensation free zone

Additional Information

The government should ensure that any prospective user of the service signs a disclaimer waiving their right to compensation should anything go wrong. The service is provided with taxpayers money, and it should not cost the taxpayer more if things go wrong.

Individuals may take out their own insurance or if not satisfied with free treatment being provided in this way have the option to pay for private health care.

Alternatively pass legislation that states free treatment on the NHS is subject to a no compensation agreement.

Investigations into errors. bad practice etc would continue as they do now.
